Our property management services usually range from 7% to 10% for clients, and these fees are applied when a unit is rented out. We offer reduced rates for owners of extensive portfolios and multi-family properties. Additional fee's may apply for placing new tenants and renewing existing leases.
It's important to highlight that Bellum PM does not markup any maintenance or repair costs.

Bellum PM collects rent on the 1st of each month. Following the lease guidelines outlined by your local government, tenants have until the 5th of the month to pay their rent before any late fees are applied.
After the rental income is collected from your tenants, the funds will be transferred to your chosen account through ACH.
Your dedicated property manager will handle all unpaid maintenance expenses each month using the rental income we receive. You will be able to view a breakdown of every expense in your monthly owner statement.
